News Blips
Those who are regular visitors here (thank you so much) might have noticed a bit less posting these days. Well, I’m not only going through some rather trying times in my personal life (related to the j.o.b.), but most news I read these days stinks so bad I don’t even want to think about how bad things are (related to government and freedom). Now I’m not actually depressed, nor do I think there’s no hope — I have plenty of hope and joy — just not in this government. For example, from just one day:
If someone doesn’t like you in CT, you lose your guns. No one has to do anything wrong. You have to commit no crime, nor be any danger to any one at any time. But you will surrender your guns at any point in time that the government wants them, just because the government says so. And so far, less than 11% of the guns taken from law-abiding citizens have been returned to them. Gestapo, anyone?
And worse, if you actually follow the instructions of government, another government might put you in jail. How can ANY jury be ruled legally sane for punishing a person for following government orders? After all, this fellow is royally screwed — if he disobeyed the county government, he’d go to jail. If he obeys the county government, the feds put him in jail. This case really and truly illustrates how bad government stinks — especially because there are so many actual people, like prosecutors and judges, who are willingly putting this man in jail for obeying government!
Meanwhile, the Muslims are advancing in their war on Americans. They continue to claim that everyone adapt to them and their way of life. If you do not adapt your entire company to do exactly what the Muslims want, you’re going to court. And again, there are actual men and women (admittedly, quite slimy ones) who are defending this religion’s conquest of freedom.
Now I know there’s good people out there. I just wish there were a lot less evil, disgusting people who hate freedom.
So I just don’t have the will to write about all these horrible things. I just want to be left alone. Unfortunately, that’s not allowed in America today.
