I was talking to a family who had a girl who was about 14 years old the other week. She had on one of those silly cheap plastic/rubber bracelets. It said on it something about “Global Warming.” I laughed and commented something along the lines of, “You know that’s totally made up crap, right?”

Her dad laughed and said, “That’s what I told her. In fact, that’s what both her grandfathers had recently told her — only more vehemently.” She just sat there and smiled. You could see in her teenage mind she was going on with the ideas of “Gee, those silly old people just don’t know. I’m so smart, I know more than they do. ‘They’ told me older people wouldn’t believe me, but I know better.”

So she’s lost. She honestly believes that anyone who supports capitalism and freedom is honestly working to destroy the planet. She believes that only algore and government can save the planet. And one day she will vote. Why does she think this way? Because she has been taught for years that anyone who wants to see valid proof or experimental results is a nutcase. She’s been taught that the religion of Global Warming is right and anyone who disagrees with it is wrong merely for disagreeing.

Keep in mind, if your child is in a government school, this IS what they’re being taught. Sure, you can try and unteach them, but the schools have them for 6-8 hours a day and they’re enforcing their religion of socialism each and every day. If you value freedom, if you like capitalism, you cannot allow your children into a government school. It really is that simple.

Well folks, there was an earthquake. Therefore, working, productive people of America will need to work harder and more. Any guesses on whether we will send more or less than $1 billion to China, our enemy, in tax dollars? And remember, that’s not government’s money, that’s money that people worked to earn that government is taking by force. Yes, it is completely 100% unconstitutional — no one questions that fact — but we’ll still send it, and it’s got to come from somewhere. So if you work, you need to work a bit more, because you will be forced to give money to the Communist Chinese. If you refuse, you will be shot or killed by the government agents who are “just doing their job.”

I’ve mentioned before how screwed up the government is, and how bad they have acted in crushing freedom and rights in the Texas FLDS case. Keep in mind as this continues — a LARGE number of people have ALREADY been punished — and there has been no trial, no evidence, ZERO due process. But that is how the government works today.

Now have you see the latest actions of these bureaucrats? I’m having a hard time as I write this in reining in my emotions. I’m very close to openly saying that these people should be shot on sight. These bureaucrats are now saying:

If a child refuses to be immunized, we’re not forcing any children to be.

Of course, in the next breath, he explains that they WILL be immunized. At the same time, the parents of these children (who still actually, erroneously, believe they might get to see their children again) are literally terrified of the government bureaucrats. The parents don’t want an immunization for religious reasons. However, they know, beyond a doubt, that if they make that claim, the bureaucrats will use that as evidence that the parents and children should never see one another again.

This is absolutely awful and horrible. This is government abuse of power at it’s best. Some bureaucrats have made decisions that affect almost 500 children — the VAST majority of which have broken no laws, nor are even victims of crime. In other words, almost no one has done anything wrong — for which they are being severely punished. And the bureaucrats continue to use threats of violence and force to impose their religious will on these people.

People, the less is made more clear every day. If you have children and any department of child services (social services, whatever it’s called in your area) ever so much as looks your way, if you have or participate in a religion that the government doesn’t like — you have two choices: attempt to fight government and never see your family again; or run in terror from the government, knowing they will hunt you down and kill you if they catch you. But at least you’ll be with your family a bit longer. Decide now, because once these horrible, evil, destructive demons from government show up, you won’t have long before they return with lots of people with guns.

Now while the election results went as the ruling classes (government officials) dictated last week in North Carolina, the elites must be rather confused by other votes. You see, attempts to raise taxes (For The Children (TM) ) have been failing at an incredible rate. You see, member of the royal class (legislators) though they had this game figured out. The state would refuse to give money to the counties. Then the counties would ask to raise taxes. The state would give them “permission” to raise taxes if the people approved a vote. This way both the state and the county legislators would both claim they didn’t raise taxes, while in fact both of them did. Their only problem: the people aren’t voting for tax increases.

It’s rather odd. After all, tax money has been used to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollar to run campaigns supporting these tax increases. Yes, millions of your dollars, money you earned, has been used to try and convince you to vote to have government take even MORE money from you. And sure, those who don’t work (and therefore shouldn’t be allowed to vote) are voting for those increases. But the majority are not. This has got to have the legislators rather confused. Don’t worry, they’ll raise taxes anyway. But they might actually have to go on record as supporting a tax increase. Again, don’t worry — they’ll just say it’s to “fight crime” for now, since For The Children (TM) isn’t working.

I also find it rather interesting that the tax on moving (land transfer tax) has failed 20/20 times it’s been tried. Now that’s funny, right there. Perhaps there are just a couple people left who actually want to be allowed by the ruling class to keep the money they earn. Know what would be even better? If there were some document that put a limit on government. Perhaps something that outlined that the subjects have rights. Something like this would be great, if it actually applied to the government of North Carolina:

We hold it to be self-evident that all persons are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, the enjoyment of the fruits of their own labor, and the pursuit of happiness.
