Scientists: Wrong Again
Have you noticed a theme when scientists report things these days? In every event, whether it’s discovering that dinosaurs were really closer to birds than reptiles; discovering massive dinosaur bones that couldn’t exist; or completely changing the rules regarding evolution; there’s one thing that’s absolutely constant in all the reports — science is never, ever wrong.
If they make a report that directly contradicts something they’ve reported in the past, it’s “adding new knowledge.” If they find out that there’s changes in DNA today that completely change the entire “known” scientific record regarding evolution, things “haven’t changed.”
In reality (a place that dogmatic, religious scientists will not go), this discovery again proves that scientists were actually wrong about a few things. In fact, this flies directly in the face of the currently accepted (with zero proof) theory of uniformitarianism. In case you’re not familiar with this concept, it’s taught on day 1 of all physical science classes as a “law.” This means you’re not allowed to challenge it and have to accept it or all of science is worthless. This “law” states that all natural processes happening today have always happened at exactly the same rate.
Using this law as a basis, all other science, including radio-carbon dating, evolution, and the age of rocks is based. If this law were wrong, as this current research appears to show, then all of the history of the earth could be wrong as well. Therefore, instead of unbiased scientists looking at the actual data and information and then deciding results; scientists start with the results — that uniformitarianism MUST be true — and then make conclusions that fit the data.
I bet if the current scientific community were around when it was determined that the earth was round and not flat, there would be news reports that science just “added data” to the current base of knowledge. They’d be explaining that sure, the earth is round, but it’s also flat. Because in the religion that is science today, the high priests (the scientists) can never, ever be wrong.
