The Long Pass

By Nancy Matthis at ADMC

Former NFL quarterback and current US Congressman Heath Shuler (D-NC) has thrown a long pass over the heads of Nancy Pelosi and her cohorts. Now we urgently need a firestorm of letters, phone calls, faxes, and emails to Congress to put a receiver in the end zone.

On November 6, 2007 Rep. Shuler introduced the Secure America through Verification and Enforcement (SAVE) Act in Congress as H.R.4088. Shuler explained:

Defense of Illegal Activity

I’m just amazed that so many people can stand up in defense of breaking the law. All sorts of “pro-immigrant” people get so upset every time a law is passed that punishes illegal activity. And yet these pro-lawbreakers keep winning. Sure, most of the time the cry “racism,” but that’s patently wrong (and I’m sure they know they’re liars, but they don’t care).

I want to meet one of these people one day and really discuss how they can stand up and DEMAND that people have the right to break the law. I want to speak to one of these people and ask them why they oppose punishing people who break the law. Now keep in mind — the people aren’t trying to change any laws — they’re just trying to stop people from enforcing the laws that are being broken. I mean, they are standing up in public and saying, “Stop trying to stop these people! They want to break the law, just leave them alone!”

Then again, maybe I should just start organizing a bunch of white people and start breaking into the houses of people who are “pro-illegals.” Then, when they claim we should be punished, I’ll scream “racist” at them. I challenge anyone to explain to me how that would be different than what they’re doing.

Muslims can earn goodwill by helping to stop the crescent plot

Blogburst logo, August 2nd

Al Qaeda’s 9/11 sneak attack cast suspicion on all Muslims. After the hijackers hid amongst us, pretending to be trustworthy friends while plotting acts of war, how can we know that other Muslims are not doing the same?

American Muslims could undo much of this suspicion by helping to expose the terrorist memorial mosque that architect Paul Murdoch is trying to plant on the Flight 93 crash site.

Flight 93: Who Broke the Circle

Who broke the circle?

Blogburst logo, petition

The Memorial Project claims to have an innocent explanation for why the central feature of the Flight 93 memorial is a giant Islamic shaped crescent. As architect Paul Murdoch has been saying since September 2005, the flight path breaks the circle, turning it into what was originally called the Crescent of Embrace.

But this isn’t a memorial to an airliner. It is a memorial to human beings. So just who is it that architect Paul Murdoch is depicting as breaking the circle?

Mexico: The Enemy?

So, if 31% of the population of a country thinks that another country is “the enemy,” how are relations between those countries? According to this report, 31% of Mexican citizens think of America as “The Enemy.” I think it shows, and I think they’re right. I believe that Mexico has staged a “peaceful” invasion of America for years now. They have been invading and trying to take over this country because we’re the enemy — and they are succeeding.

Strangely enough, their allies in American government don’t do too well in the poll. Their three biggest allies in Government — McCain, Obama, and Bush — who are all working very hard to completely remove the border between the two countries — all fare poorly in the poll. I wish those three would react to that poll and understand: THEY ARE THE ENEMY. These people want American land, and they’re going to take it. They don’t really care what American politicians do to help them or hinder them.

These “undocumented workers” ARE part of an illegal alien invasion force, no matter how much the media and their liberal allies want to claim that’s not true. It’s not about work, it’s not about a “better life” — it’s about expanding the borders of Mexico. And until our government admits it, we will continue losing.

Draglines and Flight 93

Why the drag lines were removed from the Flight 93 crash site

Blogburst logo, petition

When the passengers and crew of flight 93 smashed their murderers to nothing on an open expanse of western Pennsylvania coal country, two towering sentinels stood silent witness to the heroic tragedy.

“Up on Skyline Rd.,” the news shot around Shanksville and Somerset, “up by the drag lines”:

Drag lines from Bowl

The drag lines, as seen from what will be the center of the giant Mecca-oriented crescent that is to be planted on the flight 93 crash site. (Photo by Alec Rawls, 2006.)

It is hard to imagine a more fitting marker than these twin colossi. Before the hijackers could send Flight 93 into the White House or the Capitol building, a random draw of forty of our fellow countrymen massed a towering determination to fight back. Their effort to save their own lives ended beneath those artifacts of Pennsylvania’s own native grit and ingenuity, but their success in defending their country will live forever.

Are you thinking of visiting the Flight 93 crash site? If you plan your visit for the weekend of August 2nd, you can help stop the gigantic terrorist memorial mosque that will soon start rising from the ground there.

August 2nd is the next scheduled public meeting of the Memorial Project, where anyone can sign up to speak during the public comment period. Tom Burnett Sr. (whose son Tom Jr. broke into the cockpit of the hijacked airplane) announced last Friday that he and Alec Rawls will be traveling to Somerset for the August meeting. They will be rallying outdoors, speaking at the public meeting, and visiting the crash site.

Guard the Borders: Panic in Postville

Panic In Postville

By Nancy Matthis at ADMC

The Federal immigration raid last Monday in Postville, Iowa evoked all the stereotypical dramas — illegal aliens, identity theft, stolen Social Security cards, underage workers, worker abuse, a drug lab, a local school system burdened with illegal Hispanic children, a Protestant (mostly Lutheran) small town co-opted by Jewish business interests, Jewish businessmen skirting the law to turn an extra buck, a Catholic church offering sanctuary, an American labor union pitted against the Jewish businessmen who were hiring the cheaper illegal labor, a clash between two US government agencies with competing jurisdiction, pandering politicians scrambling to collect points with the Hispanic vote, liberal sympathizers supporting illegals in suing the government, foreign consulates sticking their noses in, protests that the civil rights of these criminal invaders have been violated and finally the WaPo putting a liberal spin on the news.

It is the stuff of opera, but this plot would be difficult to stage, because there are so many sub-themes that an audience could not follow the action. Ditto for the American public, trying to follow this in the mainstream news media that omit relevant background out of political correctness.

Illegal Aliens

Last Monday, on May 12 at 10 AM in the morning, federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents raided the world’s largest kosher meat packing plant, located in Postville, Iowa. From the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Courier:

Federal agents converged on the grounds of the Agriprocessors meat-packing plant in Postville at 10 a.m., rounding up Hispanics on investigations of identity theft, use of stolen Social Security cards and for people in the county illegally. As many as 300 people were arrested….

The raid by agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement was the largest such operation in Iowa history, said Matt M. Dummermuth, U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa.

He said the raid at the Agriprocessors Inc. plant was part of an investigation that started in October and came after months of planning. Agriprocessors is the world’s largest kosher meatpacking plant….

Underage Workers

Prior to the ICE raid, the Iowa state labor department served a subpoena on the local school district for student information. From The Des Moines Register:

School officials in early April were served with a 21-point subpoena from Iowa Division of Labor Services seeking the records of Postville middle and high school students and information about some school employees, the district’s superintendent said.

Charlotte Observer Supports Criminals

In a very expected move, the ultra-liberal, far-left, socialist-loving Charlotte Observer newspaper strongly supports using taxpayer money to aid and abet federal fugitives from justice. The paper claims that because these federal fugitives — who would be arrested and jailed on sight by the federal government if they were located — weren’t already punished by the federal government, that it’s only fair to continue hiding them from the federal government and reward them with cash from taxpayers.

As I previously mentioned — it seems quite clear to me that those who are supporting paying for educating illegal alien invaders are actually breaking the law themselves. In other words, the Charlotte Observer is now officially on record as supporting and actively encouraging others to break the law. Should they be brought up on conspiracy charges? Oh, right, they’re advocating for socialist answers, so they’re above the law, too.

No, the Observer is completely wrong — and intentionally wrong, too. They claim that it’s not an issue about money — well it might not be to them, but I *AM* being forced to pay to educate these criminals. Sure, the Observer claims that the fugitives are paying the cost of their education — but that’s a plain lie. If the cost of tuition were paid by students, then we could cut the state budget for Community Colleges to ZERO. If the budget is more than zero, then the students are NOT paying the cost, I am — which is the case here.

But hey, as I mentioned, this is not an unexpected move from the Observer — they utterly hate and despise freedom and the American spirit — anything they can do to bring about the continued fall of Western Civilization, they are all for.

Erskine Bowles: Criminal?

Well, the “big” news in North Carolina “Education” today is that the North Carolina Community College system claims it will no longer enroll federal fugitives from justice. They do not, however, mention how they will do that or if, as is more likely, they will simply switch to a “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy in admitting these criminals and invaders. Previously, the Community College system encouraged illegal aliens to attend the schools for training at taxpayer expense.

As you can imagine, this sparked a firestorm from the elites who know better. University of North Carolina college system president Erskine Bowles was outraged. He said that HIS system will continue to allow any and all federal fugitives to continue to obtain free cash and benefits from HIS system that is paid for completely with taxpayer cash. Thank you, citizens of Illinois, for sending your cash to Mr. Bowles so he can provide education and services to people who are on the run from the federal government and whom the federal government would like to arrest. Bowles whined on with:

In this instance, there sure seems to be considerable legal disagreement about what the relevant federal law really says.

Really, Mr. Bowles? Only if by “disagreement” you mean, “in your ivory tower-based mind” and by “federal law” you mean the things that you, personally, feel like allowing in your fiefdom. No, there is no “legal disagreement” by anyone other than people like Mr. Bowles who simply want more power, control, and taxpayer money. The only people who seem to “disagree” with laws that clarify a national border are leftists, most of whom are living off the backs of taxpayers who actually have to work for a living. The only way you can see “legal disagreement” with the law is if you interpret the law yourself, instead of following the law:

Any alien who
(1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or
(2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or
(3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

US Code, Title 8, Chapter 12, Subchapter II, Part VIII, Section 1325a

In fact, based on the information that Mr. Bowles has supplied, I believe that he is actually in violation of federal law himself:

(a) Criminal penalties
(1)
(A) Any person who—
(iii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;
(iv) encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or
(v)
(I) engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or
(II) aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,
shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).

Do you suppose we could report Mr. Bowles and get him arrested? Oh, right, he’s a member of the elite and not subject to laws like us peons. And there shall be justice for some…

I like Jon Bruning

I know, who? Jon Bruning is the Attorney General in Nebraska. And he actually supports America. Oh, you’ll hear him called “racist,” “bigot,” and “unfair.” And of course those will be total lies. So what has Mr. Bruning done to deserve being so attacked and perhaps sued by Mexicans? He has dared to actually say that the law claims taxpayer money should only be given to actual taxpaying citizens.

At issue is an attempted lawsuit by some non-citizens. They wanted a FREE lawsuit against someone who DARED to ask them for their driver’s license. They wanted to sue and get free cash, and they wanted a FREE lawyer to do the suing for them. The FREE lawyer in this case would be the NV AG, Mr. Bruning. Mr. Bruning said that he wasn’t going to give non-citizens free lawsuit services.

Any other claims about denying these non-citzens any rights, any human rights, or enforcement of laws is all crap. The non-citizens simply wanted a FREE lawyer to sue for them. They can still sue all they want — they just have to pay for their own damn lawyer. So what’s wrong with that? Well, Mr. Bruning’s opponents claim these illegal alien invaders should get all the free services they want — heck, that’s why they’re in this country in the first place.

Me, I wish we had a LOT more people like Mr. Jon Bruning who were more interested in serving the taxpayers and citizens of THIS country, instead of giving away tax dollars to criminals.

In An Absolut World

The screaming and yelling about the recent Absolut Vodka campaign supporting Mexican reconquest of the Western United States has started to die down since Absolut apologized for running the ad. But I’m really not sure why people were offended. If you were offended or angry, please tell me why.

You see, the company did no more than state the truth. Mexico is in the process of actively taking over the southwestern United States (and some other areas of the country). They’re not immigrating, they’re not “working;” they are actively invading the country. They’re not assimilating and joining America, they’re importing their own culture, language, and country. As Vox Day mentions, California has only been a state of the US for 158 years and it’s very unlikely to remain a state. Mexico IS actively in invading and taking over that state, and the government officials in those areas do not care and will do nothing to stop them.

I think the ad was just predicting the near future. And personally, I won’t be sad to see California and it’s ultra-liberal socialists and communists leave. I just wonder now, since it hasn’t happened before, what the Congressional process is for de-certifying a state of the union. We won’t fight to save California, so let’s let it go and be done with it.
