  1. A picture is worth a thousand words….

I can’t wait (well, yes I can….) to see the US inflation rates when they start REALLY cranking up the presses and printing more money to cover the “new and improved” national debt to cover not only “congressional earmark spending”, but now add in both the mortgage loan bailout AND Obama’s Nationalized healthcare plans. This should make the days of Jimmy Carter’s stagflation seem like a breath of fresh air. In short order, we may be borrowing some of the new recently minted One Million dollar bills from Zimbawe (due to its 2.2m% inflation rate) to save on printing costs, where a loaf of bread is now costing 200bn dollars in Harare this week.

  2. I’m thinking of grabbing some of those million dollars bills — they may soon be worth more than 1 million US dollars. The fed has become the atypical housewife who says, “I can’t be out of money, I still have checks.” The government is just saying, “We can’t be out of money, we can just print more!”
