HR 2343 — You Have No Rights

Oh, that’s NOT the title of the bill? Sorry, I must have come up with my own title after actually reading the bill. Now keep in mind, my views in this post are not based on reporters readings of the bill, I’ve actually read the bill myself. And it’s damn scary.

This bill gives government completely and absolute control of your children. Nope, no exceptions. It completely violates any rights you thought you had to raise your children. It utterly destroys any concept of personal property. That whole fourth amendment? Yeah, that doesn’t apply. Of course, the Nazi-like supporters of this bill would claim, I’m sure, that it doesn’t violate the fourth amendment because they think it’s perfectly reasonable for government to enter your home when they want to inspect your house and children.

This bill, as written, gives any government the ability to enter any home with children at any time for any reason. Seriously. No court order is required, not even an allegation or even a suggestion of wrongdoing. This bill provides funds for government agents to investigate ANY house and ANY child just because they want to. Go ahead, resist. You will be shot or jailed.

So under what guise are they trying to do this? Because government claims they need to come into your house and tell you how to raise your children. Again, I’m not making this up, just go read the bill. Government wants to come into your house (again, without permission) to evaluate your child in any manner they desire. If you’re not raising your child as government thinks you should, then government will “provide” you with any training, education, and health care programs they decide your child needs. I’m sure Hillary Clinton is ecstatic about this one.

And since this is government, you can be sure they won’t allow any concept of any religion in their program — which clearly means that if you’re bringing up your child with religious ideals, government will have the right to tell you that you’re wrong, and they will further have the right to train your child how they want to. I realize they already do this in the cesspool that is public education, but this law will allow them to come into your house and do it there as well. There is even a line in the law that talks about training parents and children about “sensitivity to cultural variations” — in other words, teaching that you cannot judge anyone for anything any time.

Oh, and they’re going to spend over $50 million on this “program.”

Don’t you wish you had freedom? I sure do. Under this program, it’s absolutely no exaggeration that government can come in your house, interrupt your Bible (or Queeran) reading and demand you stop teaching your child that “culturally insensitive” information. Feel free to take note of the names of the 66 (as of this typing) co-sponsors in the US House of this Nazi bill.

  1. Did all these bozos think that their parents didn’t raise them properly? That they missed something in life when the government didn’t raise them? I just don’t get their way of thinking.

  2. Their way of thinking — they honestly do not care about you or how you raise your children. Instead, they want the complete and total power to control everyone they encounter. If you disagree with them, you are dangerous and need to be controlled.

Seriously, this is how many politicians think.

  3. I haven’t read the text of the bill yet. But I will when I get home from work today!

If this is what I think it is, Orwell’s 1984 is becoming reality.

  4. You’ve said it, AOW & Ogre, that is what it is ALL about…control. And don’t the dhimmicrats and leftistas adore dictators?
Good morning, G*D bless and Maranatha!

  5. Be sure when you read, AOW, that you check out what’s NOT written there. For example, the word “voluntary” is used — and the way it’s used, it could mean that the visit is only for those who volunteer, or it might be for those that the government decides THEY want to volunteer.
