Impeach Judge Barbara Walther?
If you have read any of my writings on this horrible abuse of power, you know that I certainly agree that this judge should be impeached. I actually think she should be charged with crimes. But now there’s at least one other person who thinks that she should be removed from her abusive position — and he clearly disagrees with the religion of the FLDS. This fellow’s started a petition to remove her from the court. He says he’ll present the petition to lawmakers. Any bets on whether there’s more than one single lawmaker that would even consider removing her, even if every last voter in the state of Texas signed the petition?
No, this case makes the rules clear: government employees (elected and appointed) have one set of rules and laws and simply will not be bound by ANY laws that govern the peons people.

I believe I’ll sign that petition, or else we will have the stormtroopers coming after home schoolers, or military families… etc, etc… whoever a judge deems unfit or unable to run their own lives and care for their own children. Thanks for posting the link Ogre. It may be an exercise in futility, but it should be done.
Been kinda busy with the new job and I don’t have a computer yet… you know how those evil pharmaceutical companies are!
LOL!!! Hope ya missed me!
Hey, are you really a transplanted Texan?
I don’t think the petition will do any good, even if 1,000,000 people signed it. Government protects its own at ALL costs. No, the people who committed these crimes will never be punished and are completely free to commit those crimes again — and they will, I am sure. You watch, these people will be harassed and arrested again in the near future.
Actually, I lived in TX when I was very small, but other than that, I haven’t been there. Since it’s so close to the old international border, I’m not sure I’d want to go back.
