NC Senate Considering Allowing Freedom

Yet again, the Democrats in the North Carolina Senate are considering whether to permit the people in the state of North Carolina to have a tiny bit of freedom. If you listen to their speeches and pontifications, they are faced with a rather difficult proposition. You see, the people WANT freedom. Overwhelmingly, the people believe that they should be free to own property. The Democrats in the Senate — who have literally ruled the North Carolina Senate for OVER 100 YEARS — think that they know better, and they don’t need to give people freedom. Instead, the Democrats believe that only the Democrats can determine what property should be used for what purposes at any given time.

You see, the Democrats in the Senate support the Kelo decision that says only government can properly determine the uses of ALL property at all times. The Democrats in the NC Senate have no problem taking land from one person to give to someone else if they, personally, will financially benefit. But at issue is a Constitutional Amendment that would allow individual people to determine the uses and ownership of their own land. It appears that the Democrats in the Senate will not allow that. It appears the Democrats in the NC Senate will retain all power and control over all land in the state — and only they will determine who should properly own all land — no matter who wants to purchase or sell the land.

Then again, that’s consistent with the Democrat platform — Democrats hate personal property rights because if a person has property rights, that’s something the government cannot control.

  1. That is exactly why North Carolina is a Banana Republic. Though millions of lives were lost, and billions of dollars spent, at the end of the day, Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Mao, and Ho Chi Min won, at least in North Carolina.

The “Stagnant Seven,” lead by the Debbie Ross, is preventing a bill that would allow “at-large” elections of half of the Wake County School Board seats. Their justification is that Blacks would be disenfranchised. Yet, Wake County already has a “black only” district for the School Board. Which by the way, has four magnet schools, and NOT one, mandatory year-round school.

  2. Race, in politics, is quite literally nothing more than an excuse. Race is primarily used today when there are no facts to support a situation or position. If something is claimed to be for blacks, then no one is allowed to question it. I am quite sure that for merely mentioning the facts you have, that according to Democrat politicians, you are a racist. The likely only reason the government hasn’t run you out of town yet is because they need you to produce cash for them to exist — because they’re certainly never going to do anything to earn anything.
