Another Lawsuit Lottery Winner!

Today’s congratulations go out to Heather Grow of Cincinnati, OH. Heather is the most recent winner in the lawsuit lottery. She has been awarded the current unlimited cash prize of $20 million. Her lawyer will claim about $12 million, but she still gets $8 million tax-free winnings just for entering.
And as a side note, we’d like to thank all you working people who have provided the cash for this prize through increased medical costs. When you complain your insurance costs are too high, feel free to ask Ms. Grow for some cash because she’s loaded now and you’re not.

It sounds to me like a legitimate claim Ogre. If the doctors knew she had a narrow pelvic arch before hand, they should have delivered cesarean. Now would she merit so much money? I don’t know. How much heartache do you think is involved in raising a retarded child with health problems that shouldn’t be if she had been delivered a safer way? You have posted way more stupid, frivolous lawsuits than this one, IMHO.
My foster sister is mildly retarded with mild cerebral palsy. She is that way because her birth mother couldn’t stop drinking when she was pregnant. Personally, I think if she couldn’t pay damages to her daughter, she should have done time in jail for being stupid and not using birth control when she was an alcoholic.
I do agree though. We have way too many people suing doctors for things beyond their control and that is why we have expensive healthcare.
Know what? People have had narrow pelvic arches for a few thousands years or so. Why does it become my fault (because I am the one paying for this cash prize) that someone has a narrow arch? If it was a crime, throw the man in jail. If it wasn’t, don’t make me pay for it.
alas, I see your point… we pay more for insurance and healthcare because the insurance pays the claim/judgement. The world get’s crazier all the time, and the moonbats get more psycho.
And they seem to be winning. Those of us who want to just be left alone are not going to be allowed to live soon.
A 4 1/2 hour, subtitled move about Che Guavera played at the International film festival. The Hollywierdos of course made a version that lionizes one of the biggest murderer of innocents in the history of this hemisphere (if he had as many bodies to shoot as Stalin did, he would be much the same!), and people actually sat through 4 1/2 hours of the commie propoganda tripe!!!
There was a time I would have thought you were nuttier than a fruitcake Ogre, saying the moonbats in our society want us all dead, but when they admire this kind of figure… well, I’d say you are quite sane and quite right mon ami!!!!
About the only thing that socialists won’t do is give up. They’ve been advancing their agenda slowly through generations. And yes, a LARGE number of the latest generation (especially college-age kids) believe Che is a hero. That lets you know that they’re not opposed to killing innocents in the name of advancing their own cause. I don’t think the national political parties are far behind them.
