Freedom? Not in America.
You there, force your children to get shots they don’t need against diseases that aren’t spreading today, or off to jail with you!
Only government can actually say that you must have your child in school or we will throw you in jail. And you can’t have your child in school because you didn’t give them a shot we want you to have. And since you didn’t give them a shot, we’re going to force you to court. And if you don’t go to court, we’ll throw you in jail. And while you’re in jail, yes, government will take your children from you, give them shots, and force them into school.
What a horrible, horrible, screwed up system. And people wonder why I think public schools are an absolute evil. Yes, the school administrators are upset — because the children not in school are costing them money. So they have no problem with using the force of government to get those bodies into the school, no matter who they have to attack, jail, or kill to do it.
Go ahead, just try to convince me you have freedom in America. If you don’t force your child to get a shot that the government wants him to have, no matter why, you might be killed by government. What a system. The only logical, sane, freedom-based solution is to completely dissolve the public school system. It is completely and totally broken beyond repair.

Ogre, you and I both know it is like Big Brother when any system the government runs is involved. That’s why I shudder the think about Government Health Care!
Now in defense… I feel there are some shots the school does a service to the community requiring. Especially since illegals have brought in many diseases that we had long since conquoered. Like TB and cholera which is rampant through some heavily illegal Mexican areas of cities such San Francisco, CA. If your child gets Polio, well that is uncalled for and it jeopardizes the well being of others around the child. But when it comes to HPV vaccine, I feel a young lady or man needs to know what it is for, why it is “out there” and then if hey decide they want it on their own, so be it. Parents should have the say on that one, not the government.
Smallpox. This is the Smallpox vaccination. Many states don’t even give this any more! That’s one of the worst parts about this whole thing! Those who are arguing it’s for “public safety” are either completely blind or blatant liars on this one.
