   Good one, Ogre. However, because using “food stamps” brought so much “shame” to the users, they have now gone to a “debit” card system. The good thing though is it stopped them from using a $10 food stamp to buy $6 in food and got back $4 dollars in real money, which they turned around and either bought smokes for themselves or a six-pack for the boyfriend out in the new pick-up truck. Progress I guess.

   Anyway, keep it up about voter ID — it makes the Dems nervous. .

   Indeed, we don’t want people to be embarrassed that they’re taking money that I work to earn and spending it on crap. But I’m quite sure that they have found a way around that little problem. Then again, I wouldn’t be surprised if the debit card was so “unnoticeable” that they can just openly buy cigarettes and anything else they want with it.

   Or… go to the grocery and buy food items to sell for cash… with food prices going up, the gooberment are adjusting the amounts the food stamp people get you know. Unfortunately, our employers don’t do anything like that. It all makes me sick.

   Oh, another thing to think about… those guys who sell meat for cheap out of their trunks… a trick welfare mommies do for drugs… go down to the meat market and buy the must sell meat with the food stamps/card, take it home and “freeze it” , put it in a cooler, and go sell it on a street corner for half what the meat costs in the market… voila!!! Drug money!!! They find all kinds of ways to abuse the system and our tax dollars!

   Haven’t you seen the stories? People are “starving” (in Obama’s home district) because the government only adjust free cash (welfare) payouts in October of each year! When I read that story, I just laughed at the miserable, lazy bums.

   Kinda makes up for all the times I have stood in line behind somebody buying steaks, real butter, and gormet delights on food stamps while I buy the “two bags of frozen chicken breasts for $14 deal, and margarine and guaranteed, everything in my cart was chosen for lowest cost !!!

   If you’d just tell the government you need cash, I bet they’ll take some of mine and give it to you.
