Parlor Tricks: Illegal Religion?
Yeah, that sounds like our government schools, doesn’t it? I’m pretty sure slight-of-hand tricks aren’t supposed to be a religion. But apparently one government school appears to think so. Maybe this is way off, but initial reports do seem to indicate that someone has been fired for showing kids a slight of hand trick — because that’s somehow an illegal endorsement of a non-government-approved religion.
I should be amazed. But nothing that government schools do today amazes me. They are utterly devoid of logic, much less actual education and learning.
