Olympic Crisis

The President of the IOC says that the Olympic games are in a crisis. Speaking purely as a huge fan of the Olympic games and the amateur competition, I have only one thing to say: “It serves you fools right.”

What did you think was going to happen when you awarded international games to a communist company that likes to use massive violence to shut up anyone who disagrees with them? Heck, nearly every report about this year’s Olympics starts with, “This year’s games were supposed to highlight China…” well, they ARE, only this time, the truth about the communist regime is what’s being highlighted. I guess China thought that since they control all the media inside their country (and most certainly will during the games, too, make no mistake about it); that they might control coverage outside their country, too. Heh. Wrongo. The truth IS getting out about how really, really bad the government of China is.

But hey, China is still trying to control the news. Does anyone actually believe they found some people with kidnap plans? I sure don’t. I think it’s an excuse to arrest and jail some people, maybe because they said the word “Jesus,” maybe because they said “Free Tibet.” Either way, the government of China cannot be believed or trusted. And just think — this is the type of government McCain, Clinton, and Obama all want to bring to the US.

  1. The story you linked with “China is still trying to control the news” doesn’t appear to have anything to do with China. You might want to check the link.

  2. Well that’s rather odd. Thanks for pointing that out!

    I have fixed the link!
