A few news stories that caught my eye today:
This is cool. A moat to keep out illegal aliens. I wonder if they will put in sharks with laser beams on their heads. They should.
More evidence of the total decline of Western Civilization. Sorry folks, it’s just gone. CA wants to define “marriage” to mean, quite literally, any two people. So if you live with your sister and a roommate, that’s 3 different “marriages” that exist in that home. Seriously. Tell me again why we can’t shoot government for being stupid?
Why do we have police? Oh right, to feel good. What a complete and total waste of money. They want to get people to “voluntarily” allow police to search their homes for weapons. What, like people don’t know if they’re there? “Oh, look at that gun. I wonder who left that under the couch?” And since it’s DC police, YOUR tax dollars are paying.
This one really deserves a post of it’s own. Short story: report a crime, you’re fired from a government job. Seriously. This woman was told NOT to report a sexual predator. She did. So the government FIRED her. Again, one set of rules for government, a different set for us peons. The message is clear: if you are a government employee, you MUST follow orders or else — no matter what the orders are, even if they’re wrong. Guess this explains a LOT of police action, doesn’t it?
There’s no question in my mind at all: this kid should have all charges against him dropped. In fact, he should be given a medal for not doing more to the sick bastard.
Government is stupid. Am I the only one with more than a 10-second memory? Government DIRECTLY CAUSED the current mortgage crisis. They are incapable of solving it. The ONLY solution to every government-created problem is freedom — and it works every single time it’s tried.
The message is very, very clear. Raise taxes on the rich. And to Hillary and Obama, they have clearly defined “rich:” earning more than $31,000 a year. Seriously, that’s what they’re saying. If you make more than about $14.90 an hour, you are “RICH” in the eyes of Democrats. Remember that when you’re talking about doing things and punishing the “rich.” Oh, and they’re both on record with strong support of endless earmarks spending, too.
Could there be a third choice for president this year? Woooooooo!
