Tea Party ‘07
Hey, want to be a part of history? Would you like to help make giant political news? Why not join in Tea Party ‘07? It’s an effort to raise more money in one day than has ever happened before. Yes, the money is for Ron Paul — but even if you, personally, don’t want Ron Paul to be president, I think you should join in, and here’s why:
If enough people join in, this will be huge news. This will break into all political camps, all parties, and all conversations. There’s no way the press could avoid it.
Even if Paul doesn’t win, this will talk to all the other candidates in terms they understand: dollars. If this can happen for Ron Paul, others will see that people really do like the message of freedom.
It will make a difference. If you send $100 to Clinton or Romney, they won’t even notice. Sure, you might get a form letter back (with an appeal for more cash), but they won’t notice because they want only the big money. Ron Paul will notice. I’m not saying he’ll send you a personal photo or anything, but when he gets money, it’s a big deal to him because it lets him know that people really do like his message of freedom.
It will help change the focus of the campaigns. If this thing really works, even the pundits who dislike Paul will have to ask “why.” They might only ask the other candidates “why,” but they’ll have to start talking about what it is about Ron Paul that’s got people so excited — and that’s freedom.
So come on, go on over and sign up. It’s just for $100 and it really can make a huge difference.
This blog post not paid for, supported by, or created by the Ron Paul campaign. It is not the product of any campaign, party, or anyone other than the individual. What a concept, huh?
