Ogre’s Politics and Views

Once again it’s time for the Friday Feast! The Friday Feast is a weekly meme where someone posts some random questions and a lot of other someones post their answers. Each week you can learn a little bit more about your host, Ogre, from these questions…sort of… Feel free to join in the feast, posting your answers on your blog or even here in the comments! Without further ado, here we go:

Appetizer: What is your middle name? Would you change any of your names if you could? If so, what would you like to be called?

Middle name? Heck, I’m not even sure of “Ogre” is a first or a last name. I guess to combine the questions, I could claim my middle name is “Supreme Ruler.” So you may now refer to me as “Mr. Supreme Ruler Ogre.” That will do nicely, thank you.

Soup: If you were a fashion designer, which fabrics, colors, and styles would you probably use the most?

If I were a fashion designer, I think I’d have to kill myself. I figure if I’m not wearing polka-dots with plaid, I’m doing good that day.

Salad: What is your least favorite chore, and why?

I’m not really sure how one can put the words “favorite” and “chore” in the same sentence. Just by admitting something is a “chore” means that one does not really like it. If you liked doing that, you wouldn’t call it a “chore,” would you?

Main Course: What is something that really frightens you, and can you trace it back to an event in your life?

Government. Today they literally have unlimited power and unlimited money. They can do, literally, anything they want and no one will hold them accountable for anything. I fully expect one day to be killed or jailed by this government for obeying my conscience.

Dessert: Where are you sitting right now? Name 3 things you can see at this moment.

Oh, that’s one of the best questions I’ve ever seen for the Friday Feast! I really, really can’t wait to read others’ responses to this one. I wonder if any one will answer “in the bathroom.” My mind is reeling with the possibilities for my own answer. I guess I could say that it’s good for you, gentle reader, that it’s not summer and hot where I am right now. You might not want to know what I’d be seeing then, would you?
