Bureaucrat Morons
By now I’m sure you’ve heard about the 10-year old arrested for cutting her steak at school. Do you realize how many bureaucratic moron bastards had to be involved for this to happen?
In case you’re completely unaware of the details, basically a 10-year old girl was arrested and faces felony charges and 10 days suspension for cutting her steak at lunch with a knife. Seriously, I’m not making this up. And the money quote from the school:
She did not use it inappropriately. She did not threaten anyone with it. She didn’t pull it out and brandish it. Nothing of that nature.
In other words, she was completely and totally harmless, so we quickly responded, got her out of the building and threw her rear in jail.
So while everyone admits she did nothing wrong and was no danger or even a mild threat, she had to be arrested and thrown out of school. Heck, she didn’t even offend anyone. But she’s getting charged with a FELONY. Look at how many horrible, heartless bureaucrats that had to be involved to get this screwed up:
First you had to have a pile of bureaucratic morons that made up a rule that says, “No one shall have any discretion or be allowed to use any common sense at any time in our government property. That’s what our job is.”
Next you had to have two bureaucratic moron teachers that saw this harmless child sitting there, minding her own business trying to cut her food into bite-sized pieces who said to themselves, “Gee, that’s a knife and we’ve got to follow our policy and get this horrible child thrown in jail. After all, it’s our job.”
Next there were the Sheriff’s deputies that were called that had to actually say, “Well gosh, these teachers claim that the child eating her lunch and minding her business needs to be thrown in jail, so we’ve got to do our job and throw her butt in jail.”
After that the school had to back up their policy with the principal and Marion County School Spokesman Kevin Christian speaking up to say, “Gosh, we’re just doing our job making sure that children cannot cut their food into bite-size pieces.”
Then Capt. James Pogue of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office had to defend THEIR jobs by supporting the deputies that showed up to arrest the child for daring to cut her food.
What a huge pile of bureaucratic morons, the whole damn lot of you. Every last person involved with this fiasco should be completely embarrassed to be alive. Each and every one of those people had a chance to say, at some point, “Hey idiots, it’s a damn steak knife! She’s not harming anyone, you fools.” But at every point in this stupid craphole excuse for a government system, every one of those bastards said, “Gee, I’m just doing my job.”
Yes, I’ll go ahead and make the connection now — the guards at Nuremberg were just doing their damn job too, you slimy bastards. This poor girl is 10 and now facing felony charges because you slimeballs. If there were justice in this world, every one of the people involved with this from the teachers to the principal to the sheriff’s deputies would be fired. I’m not holding my breath.
This is exactly what’s wrong with a huge government. This is exactly why I say that government and especially government schools are completely and totally beyond hope. We need to start over and get rid of all the bureaucrats that are destroying children while proudly proclaiming, “I’m just doing my job.”

Two items I noted yesterday morning… the child had brought a knife to cut up food with her lunch in the past, so had no reason to believe that bringing a knife and using it for the practical purpose it was made for, would be deemed a “felony”!!!
Also… if you could have heard the “police official” this morning talking about the “special treatment” she got from the lady sheriff deputy who took her into “custody”, it would have made you puke! Talked to her with the “utmost kindness” and even gave her serveral “hugs” and they took her to a holding area for evaluation and she wasn’t “locked up” and then she was released! There is no amount of “candy coated crap” they can feed me that will make up for the fact this child had to be scared too death!!!! This Zero Tolerance is just a prime example of what all the Moonbat political correctness is doing for this country. And if you want more of it in spades… just give the government more control over our everyday lives!!! This is exactly the kind of crap you will get for your tax dollars if the government gets control over healthcare, transportation and even our home ownership!!! I’m with you Ogre, what a worthless pile of moron excrement these people are!
When I complain about government people, I often get told, “Gee, they’re not all that way.” But as you can see here, each and every one of those people had an option. They could use common sense, or they could “do their job” and enforce the system. In every case, they individually CHOSE to continue to system, despite common sense. That makes them all individually responsible for being morons.
And true, no manner of “being nice” makes up for the fact that they are all idiots for even attempting to force these “rules” because “it’s their job.” No. The police should have told the teachers, “Shut up you fools. We are NOT arresting someone and charging them with a FELONY for cutting a steak.”
But they didn’t.
I think that is what makes moonbattery and political correctness dangerous to our society. They all act like zombies when they don’t exercise “free will” and just say, “Sorry, but I choose not to be a part of this today”!!!
But that would threaten them, exercising common sense and all.
Try it for awhile some time — ask a bureaucrat why they do what they do. They’ll ALL say, “It’s my job.” And if you press them, they’ll almost always say, “But if I don’t do this, I’ll get fired.” again, no matter what the issue.
Common sense is simply non-existent in the bureaucracy. There’s no room for it. And I’m tired of hearing that it’s the system and not the people — the system is run by people and this example SO clearly illustrates that the people IN the system are the problem.
