Campaign Writings

Sure, it’s funny — but it really does show you how far this country has really fallen. I’m telling you, this concept of “America” was great while it lasted, but mark my words — it’s over.

Don’t be such a Negative Norman Ogre!!! LOL!!! America needs to be “inspired by it’s leaders” rather than being oppressed and depressed by them.
Now you’re scaring me. If you’re “inspired” by Oprah…
No… not defending Oprah… geez! I’m wishful thinking about the current array of candidates! You know Ron looks better all the time! I just wish he were a more forceful speaker. He would be “not so easy to dismiss” since he has a great message.
You can admit it — you anxiously await Oprah’s appearance on your television each afternoon. It’s okay. I understand…
And you know, that’s the biggest actual complaint I’ve seen about Ron Paul — he’s whiny. Unfortunately in today’s world, just that might be enough to make him lose — which means Romney’s going to get more support because he probably “looks” presidential the most.
Now Ogre, I am not a part of Oprah’s non-reality. I admit, I used to watch her and thought she was quite a good person. But recient years have showed she is a woman with a “hidden agenda” of her own. Now she is backing a candidate who keeps stepping on his own tongue, won’t wear an American flag pin like the rest of his peers, and shows no respect for America or it’s sacred symbols. Watch Oprah???
I work for a living and commute to boot and I won’t risk breaking the recorder on that dimwit! But I got yer “Oprah right here” Mr. Ogre!!!! LOL!!!
I think ole Ron needs for someone to come forward and give him a “makeover”. You know, teach him how to use languistics and speech to change all that, plus teach him “what to wear” to make him stand out in a more positive way. Guaranteed, Romney has had a lot of coaching on all of that. Those things can be learned and one can be trained, and the transformation can happen very quickly most of the time. It can be quite “empowering”. Like it or not, most people are “visual” when it comes to other people, and “sound” comes into play. If they don’t like what they see and the tone… they won’t hear the message.
That’s a good idea — but I’m not sure Ron Paul would do it — if you listen to him speak, he wants the message to win, no matter what. He doesn’t care about anything else. I don’t think he’d think it was worthwhile to spend money on such things when he could be telling people about freedom.
Admittedly, it would probably help freedom in the long run, but he’s a lot like me — he actually believes that there really are enough people that honestly like and desire freedom that he can win no matter what.
Some days I really, really wonder, though.
