Co-Ed Locker Rooms and Bathrooms
This is just another example of government out of control. In Montgomery County, MD, by unanimous vote, the county has voted that you get to determine which gender you are, regardless of your physical makeup. Therefore, if you, with male parts, want to walk into the Junior High “girls” locker room, that’s perfectly okay with the County. If you, with female parts, want to hang out in the “male” changing room at the pool, there’s no problem with that. Of course, if you, with whatever parts you have, want to have privacy to change in ANY government facility, that’s not okay with government.
Of course, if government were of the appropriate size to allow freedom, this wouldn’t matter. You see, government shouldn’t be in the business of making a “public” pool. And if they didn’t make such facilities, it wouldn’t matter what the communists in government wanted for people. If government didn’t have a forced, involuntary school system, any ruling like this would be pointless, because it wouldn’t apply to people who went to school in private institutions.
In this case, eight people want to control your life. They want to allow sexual perverts to thrive in “public” locations. And because government is so large and pervasive, they can. Today the only solution to people who do not want their children subject to sexual perverts is to avoid use of government facilities — which is rather difficult when government will force you to use them. Oh, how I yearn for freedom!

The part I have not heard anyone say yet is that it is illegal for these institutions to ask if you are gay or not. So a straight person could walk into the other genders dressing/restroom and when asked if they ‘feel’ gay they have a instant lawsuit.
That’s absolutely correct. It’s a field day for anyone who wants to visit locker rooms of the other sex and NO ONE will be allowed to question them.
And when the pedophile visits the wrong room and gets beat to a pulp by a legitimately angry father, you can expect the “hate crime” charges to be filed, too.
